Owner Comments:  Hi my name is Dale Sorum, I am from Alberta Canada, and this is my 1984 Chevrolet Silverado.  It came with a 6.2 diesel which I have replaced with a brand new crate engine...and while I was at it, I added a Banks turbo.  It has a 6" lift and 35" rubber, the differentials have 4.10 gears with an Auburn posi in back and an Eaton posi in front.  The 700r4 is built for 450 lbs/feet of torque and it is backed by a a stock 208 transfer case.  This truck came with a Pacemaker package on it which was done only in Canada.  I replaced everything on this truck for body parts, except for the cab.  When I had it appraised, I found out it is the last one in Canada...so it is a rare pacemaker.
